My name is Jordan Fromm and I play goalie for the Warwick Wildcats and
the Wissahickon Middle School Club. I have been playing ice hockey for six
years and it’s a very important part of my life. I want to use hockey to
help kids, because there are kids that are less fortunate than me.
I’d like to collect money for the shutouts I accomplish during my 2009-2010
season. I hope you will consider joining my Shutouts for Kids club. The money I
collect will go directly to Make A Wish Foundation (www.philadelphia.wish.org) and the
Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation (www.esyhf.org). These are two charities
that help kids live out their dreams, in sports (hockey) and life.
You can join Shutouts for Kids in any of the following five ways (Each amount adds up to 98, which is my jersey number):
MIDGET--Donate an initial amount of $78 and then for each shutout that I earn, you will pay $20.
BANTAM--Donate an initial amount of $63 and then for each shutout I earn, you will pay $35.
PEEWEE--Donate an initial amount of $50 and then for each shutout I earn, you will pay $48.
MITE--Donate an initial amount of $9 and then for each shutout I earn, you will pay $8.
SPECTATOR--If you would like to donate an amount that differs from the
above, please feel free to do so. I am happy to accept your donation.
Once the season is over, checks can be made out to whichever organization you would like.
Please remember that I have 8 shutouts so far - as of 3/7/2010.
However, please designate your level of commitment now by replying (via email) with the following info:
• Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Level Selected (MIDGET, BANTAM, PEEWEE, MITE…SPECTATOR-this requires donation info)
Please make sure that you write “Shutouts for Kids” in the memo section of the check.
I will keep you updated on my shutout progress via email.
